Excellent apartment, completely renovated, very quiet, located in a beautiful green setting bathed by the ocean on Aveiros beach.
From your terrace you can admire the ocean and its magnificent sunsets.
At your disposal, a large outdoor pool and an indoor pool with direct access to the beach.
Shops and entertainment venues are nearby.
AVEIROS BEACH is very comfortable with reversible air conditioning, TV channels, Wifi.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
In order to offer an outstanding service all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay
This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
From December to February (inclusive) medium and long-term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay €90 in cash upon arrival to pay for final cleaning.
New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Albufeira municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax is due, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay, between the months of April and October, inclusive. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over, regardless of their place of residence.

"AVEIROS by the Sea" has one of the best locations. This fantastic apartment is on Praia dos Aveiros in Albufeira. The large terrace, with its divine sea view, is the jewel of the property. Spacious accommodation perfect for guests who love privacy and tranquillity. WIFI, smart TV, washing machine, oven, ceramic vitro, double bed, espresso machine. Small, functional and well-equipped kitchen. A/C installed in the living room.
Wake up in this bright apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. "AVEIROS by the Sea" has one of the best locations, with all the standards and traditional touches of the Algarve. The large terrace with its divine sea view is the jewel of the property.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The indoor pool is an advantage for swimming when the weather isn't too good and the sea isn't very inviting.
Several restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away.
