CASA COSTA E SILVA is located in a quiet area and is the ideal place for a calm and relaxing vacation. This house consists of 2 independent apartments. Guests will have exclusive use of the 1st floor, the swimming pool and the garden with barbecue; It can accommodate up to 10 people, equipped kitchen, large balcony with pool and countryside views, TV, WIFI. The property is close to the beaches of Vilamoura.
Unfortunately we do not accept groups of young people under 27.
This detached villa is located in a very quiet area, between Albufeira and Vilamoura, and is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and swimming pool
It consists of a first floor and a second floor, but our guests will only have access to the second floor with a completely independent entrance. This second floor consists of a large living room and well-equipped kitchen, leading out onto a large terrace. This apartment has four spacious bedrooms, 3 of which overlook a large balcony, as well as two bathrooms. CASA COSTA E SILVA is equipped with cable TV and WIFI. It also has a barbecue area near the pool.
The villa is 3 km from the beaches of Falésia and Olhos de Água, 4 km from the beaches of Alfa-Mar and Tomatoes.
There is a snack bar 200 meters away and a restaurant 400 meters away but within 2 km you can find other cafes, restaurants, fishmongers and supermarkets.
Those who love golf will find Laguna, Old Course, Vitória and Pinhal golf courses within 8 km.
The apartment located on the ground floor belongs to the owner and can be used at times. However, this widow lady, very kind and discreet lady never uses the pool or the garden of the property.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 23pm. After 11pm. 50 euros service fee.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 45 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay
This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
