Description
This romantic and spacious apartment is the perfect choice for families and is located in the private condominium Palmyra and in the exclusive area of Vila sol. Surrounded by palm trees, our Palmyra apartment has a spacious living and dining room with a private terrace and direct access to the swimming pool and beautiful condominium gardens.
Upon opening the front door of the apartment you will find an entrance hall. To the right, the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, etc. and with granite counter tops. The kitchen has a direct passage to the living/dining room.
At the end of the hall, the living/dining room. This room in the apartment is spacious and furnished with high quality furniture. Its private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, gives direct access to the swimming pools and gardens of the condominium.
Next to the living room are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The two bedrooms on this floor are furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
From the hall and down the stairs you will find the third bedroom and its private bathroom. This very spacious room is furnished with two single beds.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to offer maximum comfort to our guests, TV with numerous channels and a super fast wifi connection.
The Palmyra is located next to the Pestana Vila Sol hotel and the famous 27-hole golf course. It is the ideal location for golfers allowing the privacy of an apartment being close to the golf course.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property
The guest must inform his flight number (if applicable) and call 1 hour before they expect to arrive at the property.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm and 50 euros beyond 11pm.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay
This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
From November to February (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay €100 in cash (for 14 nights) upon arrival to pay for final cleaning.
New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
