This recently built apartment, with modern lines, is located in one of the best private condominiums in Vilamoura, surrounded by golf courses such as Millennium Dom Pedro Golf, Laguna Golf or Victoria Golf, the famous course where the Master is played annually. A 10 minute walk is enough to reach any of these beautiful golf courses. The entrance door opens directly into the apartment's main room: the living / dining room. The large glass windows make this room very sunny and pleasant. A large, very comfortable sofa bed allows 2 people to sleep.
On the private terrace, the garden furniture invites outdoor meals and moments of relaxation while listening to the birdsong, numerous in this privileged area of Vilamoura, facing the well-kept gardens of the condominium.
To the left of the living room is the kitchen of the apartment, extremely functional and with lots of storage. Nothing is missing. Our guests will find everything necessary to prepare excellent meals.
Another door, in front of the entrance, opens to the social bathroom on the right and on the left to the spacious bedroom and its beautiful private bathroom.
The room is very bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Its private bathroom is spacious and a large window allowing plenty of natural light is an advantage.
VILAMOURA CHARMING APARTMENT is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and wi-fi. Solar panels provide hot water to our guests.
We provide our guests with two parking spaces in the private garage with direct access from inside the building.
The residence is extremely quiet and well maintained and has a very large pool, well exposed to make the most of the Algarve sun. In addition, the residence has private surveillance 24h / 24h.
Guests can use the entire apartment.
The condominium L'Orangerie is one of the most prestigious of Vilamoura. It is totally closed and has 24h / 24h surveillance.
It is surrounded by many golf courses within walking distance.
The beaches in this area are some of the most beautiful in the Algarve and our guests can easily access the beautiful beach of Falésia which is very close.
A car is highly recommended because there is no public transport in this area.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 12pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm.
After 11pm service charge of 45 euros.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.
This property is independently managed and does not have a permanent service or reception as in hotels. In order to always offer all guests a primordial and unparalleled service, possible additional services that are not included may have an added fee of 30 to 150 euros corresponding to operating costs. Additional services (but not limited to) are:
. Open doors (When key lost or forgotten keys inside the property).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products
. Repairs, maintenance and installation of equipments (by negligence)
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
