The villa has a large private pool, barbecue and garden furniture allowing meals outdoors. On the ground floor of the house are: a large living room with a dining area, the kitchen, the master bedroom with its private bathroom and a closet. The living room has access to the garden and the private pool of the house. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a complete bathroom as well as a leisure and social space with sofa and table football. The Villa Lageado has private parking, cable TV and free WIFI system.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area composed of other villas. There is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk away.

A car is not required if you only want to stay in Albufeira. The famous Strip is a 10-minute walk away and one of the beaches is 20 minutes away.

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 12pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 45 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10euros/ unit/stay

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Albufeira municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax is due, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay, between the months of April and October, inclusive. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over, regardless of their place of residence.
