Located just 10 minutes from the Marina and the beaches of Quarteira and Vilamoura, this semi-detached house with capacity for 8 people, has just been renovated with excellent finishes and decorated with great taste. It is located in the exclusive Vila Sol condominium in Morgadinhos, just a few meters from the Club House and the Hotel Pestana Vila Sol. Villa Simone offers beach towels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and much more.

Upon entering the villa, the kitchen will be on your right, independent, functional and fully equipped. Through the living / dining room, decorated with high quality furniture, you will have access to the terrace with access to the pool of the development. On this same floor, there is the service bathroom. On the first floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of them in Suite and a complete bathroom with a frontal access shower.

The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor of the house as well as a full equipped bathroom. All bedrooms have TV. The Resort has excellent green areas and is ideal for families with children and golf lovers.
All guests at Villa Simone have special discounts on golf equipment rental, green fee rates as well as some hotel services.

Villa Simone provides to all its guests and free of charge:
Beach towels, Playstation PS3 (while using the equipment at the property) and Netflix.

Air conditioning, cable TV and free WIFI system.

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 45 euros


On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.


From November to February (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay €120 in cash (for 14 nights) upon arrival to pay the last cleaning.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
