The access to the house is made through the main entrance door that leads to a small indoor garden. From there you will have access to a second door that opens onto the entrance hall of the house.
On the right, a living room with a sofa bed facing the extensive and excellent garden of the condominium. On the private terrace you will find a comfortable garden lounge, an ideal place to relax and enjoy your perfect drink while admiring the well-kept gardens of the condominium. The modern and very functional kitchen will certainly be appreciated by all those who like to cook. Very well equipped, there you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, mixer, juice machine, etc. A dishwasher separates the kitchen from the beautiful dining area overlooking the condominium gardens. On the left side of the house are the two comfortable bedrooms and a small interior garden. The bedroom on the right is equipped with two single beds and can be transformed into a double bed. The bedroom on the left (suite) is furnished with a large double bed. In the middle of the two bedrooms is the second bathroom in the house. ORANGERIE CA is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WI-FI. Each room is equipped with a large LCD TV. The condo is extremely quiet and well maintained. Its sunny and fenced pool will certainly be appreciated by all residents. The condo has private surveillance 24h / 24h.

Vilamoura is world renowned for its golf courses and beaches. This house is set in a private condominium surrounded by magnificent golf courses like the Oceanic Millenium Golf course (3 minutes walk) or the Laguna Golf course (2 minutes by car) which is an attraction for golf lovers.
In this area of Vilamoura the tranquility is guaranteed away from the many tourists who frequent for example the marina of Vilamoura.

A car is recommended since the center of Vilamoura is 4 km away and there is no public transport in this area.

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 45 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
