Comfortable and well decorated, this apartment is the perfect space for a peaceful holiday. Well situated, it allows you to enjoy the Hilton and Old Course golf courses within a radius of 900 meters. Falésia Beach is 1.5 km away.
Very nice type 2 apartment ideally located in Vilamoura, one of the three cities in the Algarve's golden triangle. Close to the city center, the Marina and amenities, it is located in a quiet, green area among the pine trees. Nestled in its park is a superb swimming pool. Between two golf courses, 700 meters from the Hilton Hotel and 900 meters from the Old Course, the apartment is also 1500 meters from the superb Falésia beach and 5 minutes from the Quarteira water park, one of the largest in Europe. 500 meters away you will also find the Vilamoura tennis and padel club.
The apartment consists of an entrance, a living room with fireplace with a beautiful terrace for lunch with barbecue, a beautiful complete kitchen. You will also have an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom and a large terrace with a small living room. A second bathroom complete with toilet and shower is available for visitors or guests who can sleep on a large sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is naturally air-conditioned.
On the second and top floor of the building with elevator, the property also has private underground parking.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 12pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10euros/ unit/stay
This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
