Inserted in a condominium with excellent green areas, our apartment is located just 15 minutes from Vilamoura marina and walking distance from a golf course. From the 5th floor, fabulous view on the pools of the resort and the children playground. RESIDENCE GOLF CLUB has an American kitchen, bedroom with queen-size bed, living room with sofa bed, AC, TV, WIFI and private parking. Excellent option for a couple with children.
Located in a private condominium, RESIDENCE GOLF CLUB is an apartment that can accommodate 4 persons. It has an excellent view of the gardens and swimming pools of the development. Its location is great, as it is very close to the golf courses and 15 minutes from the center of Vilamoura.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay
This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
From November to February (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.
For winter bookings: (Nov to February): Final cleaning fee: 80 euros
(All additional charges must be paid upon arrival in cash).
New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
