Villa in a small private condominium with swimming pool and just a 5-minute walk from Galé beach, at VILLA CANTINHO you will have access to a spectacular living/dining room and an American kitchen, functional and very well equipped. to the garden, equipped with furniture and the BBQ area. The bedrooms are also equipped with 2 single beds and a double bed, with their respective bathrooms. VILLA CANTINHO is equipped with A/C, satellite TV and free WIFI system.

Our guests will have access to the spectacular living / dining room and to the American kitchen which is very functional and well equipped. Decorated with taste and with quality furniture and equipment, the property will make you feel at home. From the lounge you can access to the garden, equipped with furniture and to the BBQ area. On the first floor, there are the rooms with their respective bathrooms very well equipped. The two bedrooms have spacious terraces. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. VILLA CANTINHO is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and free WIFI. You only need 10 minutes by car to get to Albufeira where you can stroll in the famous Strip area (Rua da Oura) full of restaurants, bars and clubs.
Peace and quiet are assured because the house is in a quiet location in a small and totally private condominium
A car is necessary
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 12pm.
Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a cost of 45 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 11:00pm has a cost of 25 euros. After 11:00 p.m. this service costs 50 euros.
On request, we can provide crib: 20 euros/single/stay and baby chair: 10 euros/single/stay.
This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
From November to February (included), medium stay rentals are also available (with a minimum of 14 nights). Guests must pay €90 in cash on arrival to pay for final cleaning.
New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Albufeira municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax is due, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay, between the months of April and October, inclusive. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over, regardless of their place of residence.
