This beautiful apartment (100m2) with air conditioning has been furnished and decorated with care to offer comfort and well-being to our guests. It is located in a beautiful condominium (MONTE LAGUNA) with a huge swimming pool and large green spaces very well maintained. Guests are sure to enjoy a pleasant holiday in peaceful surroundings. MONTE LAGUNA Duplex has a large living room on the ground floor with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a private bathroom. On the first floor, there is a beautiful mezzanine with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the gardens. The condo has a large swimming pool (25 meters) and a small swimming pool for children. Table and chairs on the deck are at your disposal, while enjoying the beautiful view of the gardens. Golf enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the proximity of the Millennium Golf Course, which is 3 minutes away on foot, and the Victoria Golf Course, which for several years has been the main stage of the Portugal Masters. This apartment is located in a golf area and so around you will find a lot of golf courses but also a place for bird watching.
In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.
Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.
This property is independently managed and does not have a permanent service or reception as in hotels. In order to always offer all guests a primordial and unparalleled service, possible additional services that are not included may have an added fee of 30 to 150 euros corresponding to operating costs. Additional services (but not limited to) are:
. Open doors (When key lost or forgotten keys inside the property).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products
. Repairs, maintenance and installation of equipment (by negligence)
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
From November to March (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests are responsible for water, gas and electricity bills incurred during their stay. A deposit (at check-in) of 150 euros must be left as a guarantee.
New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
